Because Every Day Needs a Good Laugh and a Great Book.

Literary Therapy is a collection of personal reflections exploring how reading, writing, and humor can uplift, heal, and bring joy to everyday life. Through shared experiences, we highlight the power of storytelling to navigate life’s challenges.
We invite you to contribute a brief, thoughtful insight about how books, writing, or humor have positively impacted your life. Your story will be featured on our website, in our email series, and across social media to inspire and encourage others. You’re welcome to submit multiple reflections.
Join us in spreading the message that every day needs a good laugh and a great book!
We’re thrilled you’re interested in sharing your story with our community! There’s no minimum word count, and we encourage you to write as much or as little as feels right. A mid-length blog post is about 600-800 words, but we ask that submissions stay under 1,200 words to keep them engaging and accessible. Even a few sentences can make a powerful impact!
Your story will be featured on our website and may also be shared in our email series and on social media. You’re welcome to submit more than one entry.
